Content Developer

The Role

As a Content Developer for Cursim, you’ll use your content development experience to help build compelling, beautifully designed courses. You’ll have the opportunity to be truly creative, contributing ideas for technical, graphic design and instructional design treatment. You’ll need to know Articulate’s authoring tools inside-out, going above and beyond standard authoring functionalities; knowing how to ‘hack’ the tools to create best-in-class elearning.

Prerequisites

To join us as a Content Developer you will need:

  • To have expert ability to develop content in the Articulate suite of products, primarily Storyline 360
  • Ability to provide expert support to other users of Articulate both internal and external
  • Interest in, understanding of, and ability to use graphic design principles to create attractive interfaces
  • Understanding of user interface design and best practice
  • Understanding of how to create learning which is accessible to the widest possible audience
  • Incorporating mixed media in courses for maximum impact

Storyline Trainer

The Role

The Storyline Trainer will deliver compelling classroom and virtual training to a wide variety of customers from every industry. You will be training experienced software users and novices alike, so knowing how to mange this dynamically in the training room is essential.

Presenting to groups of up to 20 learners, you’ll deliver engaging training at company locations, customer sites and virtually via webinars, providing customers with the knowledge they need to succeed. Your training style will be so infectious, you will create raving fans every time.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who knows how to put on a great show – training is part subject matter expertise, part performance. To be successful with us, you’ll need to be good at both. The knowledge will come from an uncontainable enthusiasm for software training and experience in inspiring and motivating a classroom full of delegates. You will already be a fan of Articulate Storyline software – and will fast become an expert working with us!

Instructional Designer

Digital Project Manager

The Role

This is an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to drive a forward-thinking team of in-house and freelance creatives in an exciting phase of our story.

As a Digital Project Manager you will enable the delivery of amazing digital-learning projects that delights our clients, on time and budget by practising agile methodologies.

Our Project Manager will lead the delivery and governance of multiple digital projects in a fast-paced environment. Ideas are currency in the Cursim team – and so our Project Manager will play an instrumental role in our continuous improvement activities as we strive to be the best digital-learning agency we can be.

The Person

The ideal Digital Project Manager will be an experienced and proven Digital Project Manager, with the experience of delivering projects in an agile environment. Any experience of working for a digital agency or digital business is seen as highly desirable.

With a passion for delivering great digital products, and a focus on brilliant customer service, our project manager is a fantastic communicator, facilitator and organiser. They are comfortable with driving delivery without line management responsibility. They get on well with their colleagues and will be able to lead prioritisation of client work.

Prerequisites

To join us as a Digital Project Manager you will need:

  • Previous experience of working for a digital agency or business is highly desirable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to effortlessly juggle multiple conflicting and changing priorities and schedules
  • Super organised, methodical and process-driven, with serious attention to detail
  • Task-focused – for us it is about getting the job done, being committed to quality rather than watching the clock
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a sense of personal responsibility towards getting the job done
